I welcome the opportunity to endorse Mrs. Desiree Simpson.  When I opened my store in May of 2012 she was my first accountant assigned to my store by the CBA home office.  She was the most patient and understanding individual I could have hoped to be partnered with for my daily, weekly and monthly accounting entries as a new franchisee.

She was always there when I called or emailed with a question or concern.  There were very, very many “how do I do this” type questions in the beginning.  Along the way though her patience, attention to detail and understanding style enabled me to learn the accounting tasks necessary for my business.  My first SM was a bit harsh at times with her but she always responded in a firm yet empathetic style that even won him over.

I could always rely on her to be my resource in times of need.  When she did not have the answer, she was quick to use other resources in the accounting group to get back with us quickly and resolve our issue so we could move forward.  I really hated when she was offered another position within CBA.  She handled it professionally as always and assured me the new accountant would be even better than her.

Desiree is an asset to the CBA family and I am proud to call her a friend and a trusted resource to myself and so many others she has worked with or supported these past five years.
